HR administration

SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICING ON HR ADMINISTRATION

One of the responsibilities of the company and individual entrepreneur, hiring employees, is an organization and management of the personnel records (HR administration)

The HR administration services for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs may include:

• drafting of local normative acts (internal labor rules and regulations, compensation and benefits policy, regulations on business trips, anti-corruption regulations, personnel list, vacations schedule, other acts and regulations provided for by the current legislation);

• hiring procedure (drafting of the employment contract, job description, financial liability agreement, employment order, employee data card in the form T-2);

• hiring procedure of foreign citizens (including the organization of a permit to attract foreign labor, work permits, a notification of the Russian migration service (FMS) on the conclusion of an employment contract, etc.);

• making amendments to employment contracts, job descriptions, local regulations;

• executing of the employees’ redeployment;

• drafting of employees’ dismissal documentation (making an entry in the work record book, payslip, earnings statement to receive benefits at a new place of work, etc.);

• military service registration documents;

• keeping records of vacations;

• representing the company’s interests in labor inspection, courts and other state bodies.

The services cost is to be determined additionally with regard to the staff number, to-do-list and scope of the tasks required.


HR AUDITING (assessment of the company’s HR document flow system)

HR audit is required in the following cases: bringing the personnel documentation in accordance with the current legislation, replacing of the employee authorized to keep personnel records, changing of the company’s leadership, upon receipt of a notice of the labor inspectorate on its forthcoming inspection. We conduct HR audit for last three years.

The cost of HR audit is to be determined with regard to the staff number, namely:

• from 1 to 10 persons - 10 000 RUB

• from 11 to 20 persons - 20 000 RUB

• from 21 to 50 persons - 45 000 RUB

• over 50 persons - by agreement


DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY’S HR DOCUMENTATION
